Reverse gear problem

Two months ago, I lost 3rd, 4th, and reverse gears. After 2 1/2 years, the clutch was shot. After installing the new clutch kit, it still wouldn't go in reverse. So, the shop had to pull the tranny again, and replaced the reverse gear and slider synchro. Everything was fine until last weekend, when it would'nt go in reverse. Now, they want to charge me again to pull the tranny (unless it turns out to be an install error). Does anyone have any insights or experience with this type of issue? Thanks.

Try to loosen the reverse light/plug 1/4 of a turn. Sometimes it gets over tightened. It the black electrical plug on top of the tranny.

I took it back to the shop and theyre being all shady with me... more than likely hate to say it but you might get the run around... thats what looks like is gonna happen to me... its gonna come outta your pocket for now unless you can actually go to court.

Its not looking good. Whatever happens, I'm going to have to pay more, if I take it somewhere else. Expecting them to admit error, is like the fox guarding the chicken coup.

Update: The shop pulled the tranny, and this time replaced the reverse gear, reverse syncro, and additionally the synchro sleeve. Yes, they did charge me again. Everything is fine now, except I hear the turbo whistle. Never heard it before. Anyone have this, or now how to get rid of it? I hope the turbo isn't going bad.
