hey everybody, this is my first post... im just trying to get into the evo game and looking to buy a 03 or 04 evo... looked at a couple of them so far and one that I am particulary interested in buying has 65k on it, and I have a couple of questions mabe someone can help me with.

The first thing i am wondering about is the car has a delfi oil pressure guage in it. problem is, at hot idle it is only showing around i think it was about 20psi of pressure, which seems pretty low to me, but mabe its normal, anyone have a pressure guage on their car and have the same thing?

Second thing is it seems to have a boost spike when you first get on it. it has a turbo back w/test pipe, hks intake, boost controler, and utec that i know of running like 22 psi. (boost guage is in bar so im not sure exactly what it was). is this normal? hes including a forge wastgate with the car and im thinking mabe that will clean up the boost spikes a little bit.

Next thing is that the car idles a little funny sometimes, im thinking it probably needs a tune up with its milage, and mabe another dyno tune b/c it was tuned 2 years ago. what kind of maintnence do you guys recomend? timing belt?

And last thing is that the drivers seat bulster on the bottom cushin is has a hole n it from wear getting in and out of the car, anyone have any clue if aftermarket seat covers or anything are available for it cheeply?

Sorry if any of my questions are in the worng forum, but my main concern is the oil pressure everyting else can be fixed relitivly easily b/c the car is a very good price, and its a one owner car who seems to be somewhat honest about everything and it doesnt seem to be beaten on too much
