No Boost After Install!

Ok i just installed my O2 housing downpipe test pipe and Forge MBC... I am wondering why I have no Boost..I took the header off for the O2 install and I put everything back on and I hear a loud ticking noise!

the ticking noise could be u just hearing ur lifters or injectors. if u dont have an exaust leak then check the mbc how did u hook it up

it could be anywhere from the header to the 02 housing. i really couldnt tell you without looking. tee off of ur bov instead of going to the turbo. holds boost better and less spike

Why did you have to R&R the header for an O2 housing install?

Do you have the turnbuckle on the WG flapper? Even with a massive exhaust leak at the header or o2 youd still see some boost.

u dont have to touch ur wastegate so its def something he did. but still theres no way to get 0 psi. i had to remove my whole turbo to do my 02 but thats becouse i have the invidia. he probably took it off to make it easier.

A leak between the header and the cylinderhead would hurt spool. Also, a leak at the flange between the turbine housing inlet and the header would effect spool. But a leak between the turbine housing outlet and the O2 housing, being post- turbo, would not impact spool to the same extent that a pre-turbo leak would.

ok so I found out that on the Stock BCS I should have left the line that goes to the intake...would that cause 0psi if it isn't capped?

You should see at least a wastegate psi of 15.Double check your MBC.
