Good Head

So I'm one step closer to finishing my car but I've been wondering... Will the new 272 cams, titanium valves, springs, and retainers along with a good ECU tune and upping the boost help me out as far as top end goes without upgrading the stock turbo?

yes, however you will still be limited by boost taper.
