How do I know if I have a front LSD

How ???

Evo VIII - But as I live in Brazil, I don't know which Evo spec I have.

Where did you get the Evo from? In other words, was it imported from the U.S.? If it's a USDM Evo VIII, then only the 2003 and 2004 model years came w/out the front LSD. If you have an RS, then it should have a front LSD no matter where it came from.

That's the point, my car was first bought at a Mitsubishi dealer, it has KM speedo.
I don't think it is an RS because it has A/C and power everything.
In other hands, all EVO IX imported to Brazil, even from dealers, were imported from US, as they miles on speedo and yellow lights.

Would putting all four tires on Jack stands and rotating one of the fronts and seeing if the other rotates the same or opposite direction be a valid test? Kinda like the old school Muscle cars? You could jack up the back and rotate one and if the other turned the same direction you had a limited slip or posi, if it rotated the opposite direction you had an open diff. Just wondering if this applies with an AWD car? would have to be in a higher gear I imagine. Or would it?
