I would like to see what differences this piece does on a car that is meth injected and runs 30+ PSI.

Looks like a nice peice, but I still think the stock ported/coated manifold is the way to go.

I have the Ebay manifold sitting in my garage waiting to be installed but I don't want to fall victim to the "cheap parts trying to make good power" way of thinking. My alternatives are to spend the money and either buy the BR ported/coated stock manifold or simply get this one.

I actually ported my Hotside + Exhaust manifold myself and saved the money. Cost about $25 in dremel bits. It's not that hard but it does take a good few hours.

Here you go Tony, thought this might help out mate:

I know a few here in Australia like it, my local rally shop recommends it as well.

I checked out the sites and the manifold does look pretty good. The decision that I have to make is does the price/power difference justify going this route or simply keeping and installing the Ebay manifold sitting in my garage.

Mike, are you talking about the GTSpec one? And since you said testing and after talking to Chris and the way he tested cams, I'm sure you've compared it also to the stock manifold correct?

Ours was from FP.. I guess its the same as GTspec.. We did test CAST, Megan, And FP.. The FP made the most power..

runners for cyls 2 and 3 are a little too short to make significant gains over the stock ported unit

what took you so long, Geoff? Also, I tapped the manifold for EGT like you said and it worked great. This thing is made of some really thick stuff compared to the megan one I had...
