Sorry just another 500+ pump gas and 600 race gas EVO

The car is a 2006 RS, EVO9. Belongs to a very-very long time customer/friend of ours Babur.

Super clean car, very nicely put together.

The build:

BR 2.3 liter
BR Stage 3 head
BR COP ignition
BR double pumper
Cosworth cams
BR ported stock intake
BR 65 mm throttle body
BR race FMIC
BR upper and lower 2.5" i/c pipes
BR lightweight battery kit
BR 3" turbo back
BR header turbo kit with HTA88 turbo
Exedy triple cerametalic clutch
AEM EMS

The dyno sheet below is a combined sheet showing the 93 octane tune and the C16 tune on the same sheet.

The car made 533 whp and 386 ft lbs at 30 psi on 93 octane.

The car made 601 whp and 450 ft lbs at 37 psi on C16.

Another monster to hit the streets, this time in New York.

Thanks for bringing your car to us Babur. Always a pleasure to work with you. Hope you had fun at the track Friday night!

nice results once again david! just out of curiousity, if this customer changed the ported stock intake to the wilson v2, would he see the 40+whp gains on pump gas? reason i ask is my build is similar with the exception of br272 cams and i plan on running the hta35r.

David given a car with similar or the same modifications, could you extract the same power with a Power FC that you did with the AEM?

...Oh and congratulations on another killer pump gas car!

Damn, BR is pumping out cars like they are a Mitsu Factory.. 500 on pump and 600 on race gas should feel pretty good running thru the streets of NY!!

No one wanted it the way it was. So ill post it for sale after i get your tune in the car vs saying this is a XXXwhp on XXX gas or could be XXXwhp car. I rather post a dyno sheet and video to get a soild sale. And being able to get 30+ mpg on a 500+whp car is priceless

David,

Do the customers who get these type of builds also rework the transmission and or transfer case? I'm guessing they don't have a problem and leave those components alone?

I had my transmission rebuilt as 2nd and 4th gear were very notchy when I bought my car. VWJeff had his rebuilt also. SPIN2GST did not as he had it rebuilt the year prior to getting his build. We are all on stock untouched transfer cases.
