ive seen HD's go for 1400 here
Lowest offer I got is about 1500$ shipped. Add 20% tax and 8% customs = 1920$. Add a clutch job ~2200$. Believe me for 1400 to my door, I'd never think twice

No, if I buy it in the US I get it for ~1500$ shipped to Slovenia - where it gets taxed 20% of tax and 8% customs of total value.

Anyway to get this thread back on topic of what I wanted to know:

- Is it worth it?
- If not, how much is it worth ?

And a side question about rebuilds - I've read a couple of posts of people saying their clutch was "beyond repair" - how exactly can that happen ?

why get a used clutch? looks can be deceiving and may look only 500 miles but actually glazed and worn out. wearable always buy it new.
