Blown Engine, Changhe Oil Cooler?

My Main and Rod Bearings Blown Do i need to Change the Oil Cooler, im asking because there are metal pieces arround.

It would make sense you don't want any shavings in your rebuilt motor.

Yes. You can not get all the bearing material out of the old oil cooler. You will contaminate your new motor when those pieces finally work their way out.

Consider changing the cooler a requirement with a new motor.

same with the oil pump. I have heard of to many evos failing after a fresh rebuild and the cause was because of the oil pump.
