Borla Headers?
What experiences have y'all had with this header?

It's not cheap and Borla's (to the best of my knowledge) mostly a cat-back exhaust manufacturer for domestic muscle cars . . .

FYI, "header" is not plural and FIed cars have exhaust manifolds.
From what I remember from the past, they are prone to cracking and was pulled from production. Maybe this is their second try? I would stick with ones that come with a lifetime warranty i.e. full-race,peak boost, ets, ams, afi, shearer.

jees guys who cares about semantics. i encountered a borla header on a wrx that was a few years old, and it had cracked. i removed it, sent to borla, and they sent me a brand new and improved one for free. this one looks to be much improved. sometimes the best part isnt necessarily the one that is the prettiest, or makes the most power. customer service, and standing behind the product is almost as important in my opinion.

I have 20k miles on my Borla manifold, and I got it used with 30k miles on it and yet to crack. I also make much more power than a ported manifold. The reason they stopped making it was because it was very expensive and people always want a japanese part on their import.
the porting is really easy if you have the right tools, you'll need a compressor, die grinder, and a cutter for ferrous metals. taking the material off and smoothing it all out is pretty straight forward.
