Need help with Fluids! (Tranny, Diff, etc)

First of all; Yes, I searched! (I have the worst damn luck searching on this forum! )

Very simple questions.

The car is a 2006 Evo IX SE

1. What Engine oil (Weight), What filter, and how much oil?
2. What tranny Fluid is suggested? How Much?
3. What Rear Diff Fluid?
4. What transfer Case Fluid? How much?
5. Best place to purchase them all online?
6. 30,000 Miles ... Anything else that should be flushed?
7. How often should the above fluids be changed??

Thanks!
ZB.

Don't quote me but I believe Shep recommends:

Diaqueen #3775610 for the rear diff
Redline MT-90 for the tranny
Redline Heavy Shockproof for the transfer case

However, I run an RS without ACD and no AYC in the rear so this was Sheps recommendation to me. Also if you run any kind of plated diffs / LSD's consider using an LSD additive.

Mobil 1 engine oil is good. Use genuine Mistu oil filters only. 4.5 quarts if I recall, but watch the dipstick.

I've always used 10W-30 Mobil 1 for motor.

Tranny- Redline MT-90 or BG Synchroshift II
Differentials- OEM Diaqueen I believe (From Mitsubishi)
Transfer case- Redline Heavy shockproof (perhaps LSD additive as said above)

Diaqueen for the rear end and transfer case
Diaqueen MR 6 speed transmission fluid for transmissions (both 6 and 5 speed) (NOTE: this is DIFFERENT Diaqueen than the previous for the rear end and transfer case)
Factory oil filter and crush washer
Oil depends on your clearances (stock or looser forged motors w/o balance shafts)

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Also try the owners manual.

1. 10w30, Mobil M108 or M110 will do. 5 qts (dont use it all)
2. MT90 or Amsoil, 3 qts again dont need it all.
3. Diaqueen LSD fluid
4. Diaqueen LSD fluid
5. 1 - any autostore. 2 - google for MT90, Amsoil.com for that. 3/4. mitsubishiparts.net
6. Radiator flush isnt bad idea.
7. Serously, in the owners manual. 3-5k for oil, 10-30k for other parts. Depends on useage. For my car (raced) I change the TC/Trans/Diff every 15-20k. Some like to do it more though.

Go to the How-To section for the write ups.
