Craig- Please clarify something for me. There is no box in the system to drive the 300M coils, right? The dwell times are just matched up to what the ECU puts out?

I'm not at all familiar with the 300m coils, so do they have the igniter built in? And if there is no box, do you install by running 2 coils on the 1 set of wires from the ECU that used to run the 1 waste spark coil? TIA.

A little over the top with the gold foil?

Great product and high price, however, the results back themselves up.

300m coils do not have a built in ignitor so they have to be run with the cdi with it's built in ignitor or you will have to wire in an ignitor. Dwell has not been an issue with any of the systems we assemble. On the current Pro-12 2 channel system used on our cdi based system they are wired in wasted spark/ 1 & 4 2 & 3

Spark- I got it all wrong. I thought that the coils in this thread, the non-CDI kit were the 300M. But now, I'm clear that they are not.

Good stuff, thanks for the info.

Hey Derek...When are you going to be going back to the dyno? How's the non-cdi performing after a couple months?
