Tapping Valve? Parts Advice Needed!

I've been filling this section lately ... Lots of Newb questions! Thanks in advance.

I tend to have streaks of bad luck, and this is hopefully the end of it; I had the electrode of the stock spark plug completly blow off, and sounds like it made it's way into a valve. Replaced the plugs after my little meth issue (changed plugs as suggested by you guys, thank you!) but there is still a top end tap ... Head is coming off the start of next week to see what the damage is, but I'd imagine the electrode is still in there somewhere. Stuck in a valve seat, tapping the head on every revolution of the piston, or whatever .... who knows.

Anyway, if it comes back that a valve is fried ... I need some parts. If **** is apart anyway, why not upgrade?

Suggestions for both Valves, and Valve Springs please. Mods are in Sig' ... Cams are Cosworth M1's, and I want the car to be daily drivable.

Suggestions concerning my issue, parts advice, and what other "little parts" (ie head gasket) that I should remember to order.

ALSO! My AF was reading 22.X at some points on the Zeitronix during idle. The car always jumps around on the AF during idle between 15.x - 22.x because the car idles like a fishing boat with the M1's hahaha. Is this AF ratio normal with a set of cams?

Thanks!

Zach.

supertech valves, single valvesprings (rev to 8500) or dual springs (rev to over 9k), seats, retainers, 3 or 5 angle valve job. But, you might have more damage than just that. Wait and see once the head is off.
