Cams and a re-tune will get him only 20hp at best. He's looking for 50hp CHEAP.
E85 is the cheapest route.
Injectors - $300 for RC1000cc
Walbro - $85
Re-tune - $250
= less then $650
I gained 52awhp/38awtq with just injectors and a re-tune on E85.

He already has a Walboro pump. Get injectors and switch to e85 tune. I gained 43 hp/40tq to the wheels after my switch with a tune. At $2.82 per gallon you can't beat it.

how much boost are you running? upping the boost and re-tune has more potential than you might think

#1 - E85 is you have a close supply of E85.
#2 - Methanol

I have an uninstalled one that I'll sell you for dirt cheap needing only a failsafe.
