Help w/ motor issue

I recently swapped out a few things on my car. 03 with less than 36k miles had it since 10k miles. about 4 months ago i finished putting on AEM EMS, FP3065, PTE780's, all of the necessary components were already there, fuel pump, head studs, U and LICP, HKS 272's, Cam Gears, with shep trans and trans case. i relocated the egt from exh header to down pipe. a shop owner/tuner friend of mine has been doing all the tuning. we got the cruising around part down like it was nothing, other than the damn AEM cranking issue. But we never could seem to make a good pull, says my butt dyno, he has a dyno but it is 2wd DD.

check oil/coolant, then do a compression check with it warm. A leak down test will tell you whats really wrong.

+1

The oil down the back of your block is either due to the head lifting or the 1x1 method of installing head studs.

the head studs have been in since about 7 or 8k miles on the car how exactly do you do a leak down test?
