Overheating some help please

Hows it going peoples, first off i would like say thanks to everyone here on the site for all the help i have gotten with my car.

Well this issue just started today after i installed my mini battery kit. The car idles fine but after a few minutes the temp gauge will start to climb and about 3/4 up both fans will turn on and it will fall to the middle again. When i turn the a/c on both fans will turn on and instantly the temp gauge will rise. While driving on the highway the temp is fine, but as soon as i turn on the a/c temp gauge will rise.

This is what i have done so far to try to fix it the problem-

Coolant levels are good, took the radiator cap off ,ran the car for a minute to see if there was air in system, some bubbles came out then it stopped.

Checked oil, it is fine so i dont think my gasket is blown

Could it be the fan relay? I checked it and it was a lil warmer than usual.

Everything is connected as far as i can tell. Can anybody help with this problem if so i would really apreciate it. Thanks
