Thumbs up Slowboy t3 flange ss manifold, does it work?

I just wanted to know if anybody here has the SBR T3 ss manifold on their bigger turbo setup. Has it cracked, will it crack and how reliable is it? It caught my eye because how cheap it is. Here is the link:

That is cheap indeed. I don't think it's actually made by SBR though. Chinese would be my guess. Who has run this... hard, and for a long time?

These manifolds are currently on a backorder. We have been switching customers to the HAFE manifold, or the DNP.

Go DNP, the hafe manifolds are kinda lackluster performance wise.

sbr manifold

I have a sbr manifold and o2 housing. aside from the ports on the HAFE manifold are a little too small, the bolts back out of the o2 housing and the fact that it looks like it is rusting no matter what you do, it works great. The problems I mentioned are minimal. just a lousy deisgn with the 4 bolts on the o2 housing.

i have a 2.3 w gt35r running 450 hp on pump gas. the HAFE manifold is strong. no signs of any wear or cracking after 1 1/2 yrs.

hope that helps

I think the HAFE exhaust manifold has been a great piece for guys looking for ultimate durability with great performance... not "every last little HP that one can squeeze out" - that is why we made this manifold...

Sorry for the picture quality - I took this on my phone a few weeks back... this is the prototype... manifold and o2 housing will be available soon for around $1,250.00 for the pair.

Will have more information soon -

If I were looking for a T3 setup right now, I wouldn't think twice about getting the HAFE manifold.
Mike, that is a hell of a deal on what looks like a very nice manifold, especially with an O2 housing thrown in!
