Does anyone here know how many turns you have th turn the "push rod"

in order to adjust the clutch pedal on the act clutches....

and i was told my a reputable shop that... short shifters are a waste of money, and performance. ( its hard to get into gears with a short shifter) i am running the b&m short shifter.....

Adjust your clutch. Gaurentee thats most of your problem

Most people complain about ACT Clutch Lockout, but only because they dont usually have it adjusted correctly

Check clutch adjustment first. I'd bet the 2 & 4 synchros are worn. Clutch lockout is not usually in just select gears.

also something to check... Your Shift linkage cable that controls the forward/backward movement might need the mounting plate adjusted or bent a bit.
