First post here...move to the right forum if I didn't post in the right one

So the problem is the car idles perfectly untill the radiator fans kick on. With the A/C off, and the fan kicks on it has a slight miss then it catches...then misses and so on. It's not bad, and never kills the engine.

With the A/C on it immediatly starts missing when the fans kick on and is worse then without the a/c on. Again it won't kill the engine but it's annoying and makes it hard to take off from idle.

Anyone have this problem?

Mods are:
-3" downpipe/test pipe, stock cat-back
-lower charge pipe
-excedy twin disk
-HKS drop-in air filter

Everything else is bone stock

also put in fresh BPR7ES plugs.

Maybe an electronic power surge? My fan is on always.

 

i though that ^ but it doesn't get worse when the headlights and everything is on, you'd think it'd get worse.

 

Strange miss at idle? Are you referring to misfiring? Was your car tune after you put in those mods?

 

no tune on the car. I don't exactly if you'd call it a misfire. It just stumbles basically...only at idle and RIGHT when the fans kick on.
