It's basically the same except that I didn't use no insulation for the pumps.

I have BR8EIX's gapped @ .021" and would say it handles it pretty well although I am looking @ all the options.

as said previously indeed if you run the car on c-16 on the pumpgas map the car will run like crap...

remember my car on the stock turbo running much slower on race gas before tune than on pump gas... afrs would richen up more than 0.5!!!

tuning on c-16 though i have seen from 300whp@22psi pump @65 degrees temp to 330whp@26psi c-16 @95 degrees temp... thats on the stock turbo...

The 3065 i haven't tried yet on race gas but when i try i will use Q-16... They say much better than C-16 with the same price...

I gathered from reading your previous posts that you have a 63 a/r. Whats spool like with it? Any surging or issues with the hafe manifold? 02 housing?

I actually swapped the .63 for a .82 about two weeks ago. Spool is a bit slower probably about 400rpms but it made +/- an additional 20hp up top which is where I need it(drag racing is what I use the car for). I might have lost a little torque, but on my trip to the dyno rpm spikes on the dyno prevented from getting a real torque number.

I had no issues with the .63 housing just wanted to move on to the .82 for maximum power at higher rpm's 8k+. If any one is interested I have the .63a/r Precision Turbine Housing for sale. For the record it's a 4 bolt 2.5".

This is what I have my doubts with. My car can only put out 31psi of boost even though I have a 16psi spring in my Tial 44mm and have my AEM Boost solenoid running at its maximum 90% Duty Cycle. Could this be that the o2 housing is such a restriction that the pressure in the exhaust manifold is more than the Tial can hold?
