I talked to them today. Stage 2 will have a new turbo and a bunch of other stuff. But he said around $7,000. That sure seems like a chunk of change to put into this car for 4-450 HP.

7k... are you on crack?

As I am putting my money where... Check out this:

http://www.turboperformance.net/bsp/ - go to turbo upgrades under the evo... I am adding this gt40 tomorrow. They have a 4 wheel dyno too and are very laid back. Doing the Garrett GT40 bb upgrade -actually tomorrow! I am excited but bummed about no car for 2 days... Supposed to get it back sat. Will post dyno and see if they can put it on right the first time!

For 7k I will have my aem ecm, full turboback exhaust, dyno tuned + intercooler upgrade and still have change... for say, a clutch!

Hey guys just a quick note on our stage 2 which is in the final stretch of development. It will contain the following:

Garrett GT3037 ( your coice of .63/.82 A/R)
Full Turbo Back Exhaust with Wastegate Plumbed in
Tial Wastegate
Lower Intercooler Pipe
XEDE with dual switchable 91/93/100 octane maps
Vishnu Tubular Manifold
Adjustable Cam Gears
650CC Injectors
Bosch Motorsport Fuel Pump
Lines, fittings,etc etc

The retail will be around $6750 for the kit and we should have some dyno numbers late next week for you guys. We will also offer some nice upgrade options for this kit such as cams, clutch, and a special package for the hard core guys. More details to come.

How much of the previous stage 1 will be able to be used on stage 2...? could you,for example, use Adjustable cam gears, Xede, Sig series downpipe and purchase the remaining items separately, or are they going to be very different components...

Yeah I was wondering about that also...

Is this the price assuming that you already have stage 0 and 1??

I'm guessing all the same components from Stage 1 will be used with the stage 2. Meaning if you already have a stage 1 you just pay the difference for the extra parts in the stage 2 kit. At least thats how it worked for the WRX stage kits.

So my guess would be if you already have a Stage 1 you could subtract around $2000 from that $6750 figure.

Yes there Sig exhaust will fit the new stage II. and cam gears and so on.

There not going to make you have to buy another exhaust. (HKS )

Brett,

Does this mean that the Stage 1 is finally ready for shipping?

Yes, for the most part. We have a mountain of signature exhaust systems sitting in the warehouse. We're just waiting for our big shipment of cam gears which, for some reason, is taking a lot of time them for the guys at Fidanza to make.

Will stage 2 require the signature series exhaust or will my already purchased standard series work?

yea i'm also wondering whether if we could use the 3 inch catback + downpipe from stage 0 or 1 (rather than the turbo back exhaust)

thanks!
