Rear Diff replacement?

hi guys
im from Australia and have managed to break the rear differential on my Evo IX

does anyone on here sell a replacement rear diff?
Mitsubishi want $4200 for a new rear diff and also will only replace it under warranty if the car is stripped back to dead stock and inspected by a mitsubishi rep which is going to be extremely difficult/painful to do,

can anyone help?

Do you know exactly which part you broke in the rear diff?
Dont you have the AYC??
I have a good ring and pinion gear

yes its the AYC

I dont know what exactly is broken in the diff yet.
Would your ring and pinion gear work in the AYC diff?

Can I possibly even use the US-market rear diff instead even though my car's AYC? (just need it back on the road at this stage)

I think the US spec ring and pinion are fine.

My next door neighboor has an EVO as well and AMS charged him 3500 to fix his rear axle and they installed a new ring an pinion gear and its still broken, LOL.

Make sure your rear axle is broken and not your TC.
