Exedy clip problem, and more! Take a look

So after having what appears to be the infamous exedy clip problem, i had another one i was having to wonder about. That problem was obviously the pedal staying to the floor due to the clip being broke (which is what im guessing this is) When you shift into 1-2 gear it feels like nothing is there! Not only that, but with the car running , and the clutch engaged or disengaged you can still put it into 1-2 gear with the car running. So i know this isnt right and its been making me wonder what in the hell is wrong becuase shifting into 4th was when the pedal stayed on the floor. With no symptoms of 1-2 gear ever acting up no grinding no problems at all it appears something wanted to pop out! below are some pics i took today when i drained the tranny fluid. There are some small shavings which appear to be normal, with also appears to be build up on the end of the plug. Its almost a grease build up.

This is the only foreign material i found in the fluid other than the small normal shavings. This next picture is a picture of my master cylinder where it was leaking a small bit of fluid out of the fitting of the banjo bolt. Not sure what caused this ive never had any signs of leaking from there im guessing it is all coming back to the main problem. Its not a lot, but you can tell from the pics there are some, and there isnt a huge puddle or spot on the carpet under neath it.

Car should be torn down in the next two weeks to have what appears to be the clip fixed and this dal pin put back in. Hopefully this will take care of all the problems and get it back on the road, been without it for a month now!

I had a pin come out and tear my tranny up not long after I had mine.
