How long did your OEM clutch last
I bought an Evo IX MR in 2005, and have gone through 2 clutches. Each lasted about 25k. Could I get some feedback on how long other people's clutches have gone, particularly if they stayed with the OEM clutch? 25K seems kind of short. I am also about to have an Exedy Twin Plate clutch installed. Should this one last longer?
apparently finding someone to answer a simple question without being a #$ck about it is hard to find...
i changed mine early... had lots of life left... just wanted aftermarket... i know mine was in the singe thousand digits 5000-8000... i know a buddy of mine has over 45000 on his oem clutch with no slipping

still no slippage
i have 15K on mine and no signs of slippage and it has about 30-40 track runs with launching the car. i use it everyday and it holds pretty good for stock. i had also made the clutch slip pretty bad the first time at the track and i had hot lapped it. but it's still going strong. in fact i have an ACT clutch/flywheel waiting to be installed soon.

I guess my stock clutch started to hate life just now especially since I'm now making 385whp/403wtq lol.
