intake problem?

intake problem?

hey guys im kinda new so sorry if i do something wrong. ahah. well any way to the point i just put on a K&N adapter with the filter on my evo and every thing seems to run fine but when i go to step on it and the rpms go up and the turbo starts to spool it will hit about 3200 and then drop to like 2900 then just take off from there. and i didnt have this problem with the stock box so any suggestions?

go get tuned.... until then put your stock box back on. Open filters may sometimes screw with the car... But i dont hear about your situation to much

possible clutch going out......
