Removing t-case ?

Posting from my blackberry...

I have the t-case seperated about an inch from tranny and I can't get it any further. I'm shaking the hell out of it... Any suggestions?

Do I need to take the front subframe off?

Yeah, I need to remove the input shaft. The slide hammer I picked up isn't m8x1.25 so I need to whip up an adapter tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

if you have a slide hammer just pick up a bolt that fits and use the claw attachment to yank on it with the slide hammer.

Once the input shaft is out the TC will come off. You dont have to take the subframe off, but it does help to loosen it and lower the front down and inch or 2. And use the adaptor that looks like 2 squares and put a bolt that fits in there and it will come out.
