ya I hear what you are saying. I have been buying just about everything used with super low miles, so its been a cheap build thus far, Going to be getting a clutch soon that will be the most expensive part by far and I have some cool stuff. I like the idea of having the 272 280 combo I think the mid and high end ranges would both be very happy. THANKS

You should get mad power after a tune..... and want MORE power, just add some c16 and see what higher numbers you can reach to.
But overall, yes, verry good mid & top end power.
I don't know if JUN makes the cams/combo for your 9, but for my car (05- Evo 8) they do and i have solid 280s. JUST ALONG on the cams with a legit tune, i gain 57whp &36awt.
Amazing powers!

The HKS cams are garbage compared to the other cams available for the Evo IX.

you know that might be fine and all that they are not the best but I really cant beat the price I got them for. :-) and after all with the turbo and motor that I have going into my car what will it really matter, will be plenty enough to break lots of stuff if I want to. May not be the fastest Evo ever but prob one of the fastest in the area that drives on the street. And you know someone will always have something better always, at some point you just have to say I am alright with this and leave it alone. I hope this build and such will be my last for sometime. Prob going to stick with this setup and tune for a good long time.
