the flange ur talking about is prolly the one that you have to weld to your ic pipe, the one you need replaces the "horn/trumpit" so you can route it back to your intake pipe..

unless it states that it comes with the recirc kit or that its evo specific then you will need the recirc flange

The Greddy type s will take place of the stock BOV, its good the way it is out of the box, its setup to Rec. You dont need a thing if you are stock, Just make sure you have the right flange and plug it in. DONE

If it looks like this its all good to bolt on if you already have the stock BOV, Do the one spring mod for your type s also, makes it work really good with the EVO, I love mine.

you can Try to Vent it and see if you like it that way. I do it on my 9 and it runs fine, I First ran recirc, now I vent to Atmo. Some people say it wont work, some say its really bad, as for me, It does work, and is it really bad..... I dont think so thats why I am doing it and the data logs dont show it as being much different than vented. but its personal choice, you have to try it and see how it works for you and if you like it or not.
