ok so here's the story, last month i got my trans rebuilt by buschur put it back in and then i lost my pass side tcase seal. or so i thought, i then replaced it and now im getting the same problem as i had before. my tcase shoots the fluid out that seal but only at highway speeds? ive been driving it daily since the seal was replaced and not a drop has leaked...i lost half my fluid both times, both only cruising at highway speeds, not any louder than before, not vibrating or anything...no signs of wear the only thing i can think of is when i was putting the output shafts back in when i put the trans in i mixed the two sides up and realized it when i couldnt get it to set properly. so my question is do you think i might have shifted something on the inside or perhaps ruined the inner seal? thanks

 

so im thinkin its the vent on it...read that it might cause the fluid to spray out at higher speeds
