Why did my turbo blow up?

I get the 2 confused (Texan problem), it got lots of board coverage locally, was reported multiple times on multiple local boards - you'd have thought it was 3 different turbos. Dunno, was somewhere west of Texas

I dunno why, but there are some people out there that really get excited and happy when a FP turbo explodes. They are not indestructible contrary to legend

Lol, yea I think the tally was up to 5 or something. I didn't even know there where 5 reds in California yet. haha

Anything can go wrong with turbo's I had mine go out with 500 miles on it but that's at 40+psi daily

Someone once told me if you just had the motor rebuilt, crap in the oil galleys of the fresh engine could cause it.

that's how i feel seems like one member mentioned i think i might have some left overs in my engine and that messed up my oil feed to the turbo and messed up my barrings i will take it apart tuesday most likely im waitng for the rebuild kit i will post pictures and i will change oil at the same time and check the oil filter

we will see whats the reason

Left over debris will stay inside the oil cooler also. I throw away oil coolers that come off rod bearing and oil pump failure engines, do not try to reuse them.
