HELP!Wont Hit 1 PSI of boost

Ok heres the story.

EVO IX MR 49,XXX miles
just bolt on upgrades, exhuast, intake, boost controller, and a tune. Factory turbo and BOV

took the car for a car wash, after car wash a code poped up"PO132" i think. It was to much voltage on the 02 sensor or something. ran the car for about 10 min after the car wash. and then bam there was sputtering when i got on the turbo.
Went to first gear from a stop and it wouldnt even hit 1 pound of boost. it just kept studdering.

We replaced the front 02 sensor and gapped the plugs again, and got new plugs.
AFRS are fine at idle, and it goes really rich when i try to get to boost. Wont spool the turbo at all.

All the fusses are good, the MAF is good and all the hoses are fine. The pipes are all tight and there should be no boost leaks.

ANY IDEAS? on the issue?

Could the turbo or any other related parts be bad? Wastegate,BOV?
Thanks

Start with the obvious, did you check the turbo itsself? I had a friend whos car wouldnt build any boost on the dyno, come to find out something got in there and bent all the fins causing it not to spool.

you have a boostleak.

You may not know it.. but you do. Check your bpv maybe its stuck open.

rich - no boost = boost leak.

what fmic do you have it could've busted. You need to perform a boost leak test you don't know if you have a leak or not untill you perform that test.

+1 on the boostleak, forgot to mention that. Esp with it running rich. make sure the IC pipe isnt blown off the IC.

Open your hood and try to listen to any vacuum sound. Usually you can hear it.

I currently having a boost leak somewhere around the intake manifold, guess a hose popped off or throttle body may be leaking. I will figure that later when I get home.

what you need to do is.

google "BOOST LEAK TEST"

and do work. Pressureize your car to 25psi or so and see what leaks. If it wont hold any boost you have a pipe disconnected

Even with the wastegate open or the bypass stuck you would still get some boost, check allll the hoses again.

No Boost at all suggests to me the problem is at the turbo. I'm not a professional but that is the first place I would look.

^^^ definitely what he said. NO boost at all means either a hose is totally open, or the turbo itself is blown. I have had two turbo (stock) fail the same way.
