Full Bolton Evo 8, What am i missing?
Why don't you try a more conventional dyno tune. No offense to 4WS, but I don't think those emailed flashes are really as good when it comes to getting everything you can while still being safe. Just my .02...
Ok from where i sit, i currently have:
- Evo 9 MR turbo
- Stock Ported Intake Manifold
- HKS Carbon Ti Exhaust
- DC Sports 3" Downpipe
- Megan 02 Housing
- HKS 272/272 Cams
- HKS Cam Gears
- HKS EVC 5
- Stock Ported Exhaust Manifold
- Walboro 255 Fuel Pump
- Forged BOV (recirculated)
- ETS IC Piping
- ETS 3.5" Intercooler
- Stock Intake Rubber Pipe w/ ebay intake filter
- Ported 65mm Throttle Body
- RC 880cc Injectors
Tuned @ AWD Motorsports made 355whp/341tq @ 26 psi
since then i have upgraded to:
-Buschur MBC
-ETS Intake Pipe w/ K&N Filter
Mods Soon to come before next tune:
-EPM 02 dump
-Forge Wastegate
-BR Billet Exhaust
-ARP Headstuds
So my question is
What sort of power, should i expect to make?
&
What else would i be missing from being considered a full, full bolton?? W/O CHANGING TURBO!
I do later on plan on going with BR Stage 3 head, BR 2.3L block, BR 37R and some more rubbish but until then i want to make my stock turbo setup the most that it can be without, E85 or Meth or any of those things just str8 93 oct

Well the only thing is, if i go with the BR 272 cams that i want to go with, i'd have to go AEM EMS and id probably do that when i get the BR Stage 3 head that way i dont have to buy springs and retainers twice

get some kelfords or cosi m2's without a doubt.
invidia o2, as its outlet is larger by ~1/4" than your megan = less back pressure = potentially / should be more power mid/top end!

anything pretty much not stock has potentional to make more power. but the ebay o2 housing has also been proven to cause boost creep too and the quality of the welds inside the ebay housing is junk . all those ridges and edges in there. turblance cause friction which cause heat which also slow down air flow. ya it might be a an okay upgrade , but spend the money get something quality like titek or invida or works.
