exactly...i dont belive its the shops fault that installed..if its faulty before they install than it is what it is..obviously if they didn't order it..they can't warranty it

Work something out with that group that did the work, maybe something simple was forgotten like they said cables etc, maybe they really didnt know what they were doing in the first place
