How long did it take you to capitalize all those letters? Here in America we only capitalize the first letter of each sentence.

aftermarket bushings will make it more of a "solid" shift, not necessarily smooth, trans mount...would help a tad..short shifter possibly break something.

I would also advise aginst poly motor mounts on a dd. I had them in my talon and they I never really liked them. They serve there purpose great, but i didn't enjoy the car as much after. Also had the shifter bushing also and they worked GREAT. I'll be getting another set for the evo very soon.

My recommendations for you:

Blox front motor mount (engine roll stopper)
Speed Source shifter base bushings
Speed Source shifter cable bushings

I love the short-shifter I have, but I have a GSR and I'm not sure what is available for the MR 6-speeds.

I would not get a short shifter. I heard thats a good way to break a gear as It's much easier to mis shift. I was in the market for one too but AMS told me it was not a good idea since the gears are somewhat prone to breaking.
