Need help with a couple motor issues.
Ok so for the past couple months ive been having a few issues that ive kind of blown off (just because ive taken some advice that is a temporary solution) but im not 100% sure on what the issues are, so I figure ill give you a few symptoms and you can diagnose it.
Ok first issue, the car, EXTREMELY RANDOMLY when coming to a stop or sitting at a stop, likes to rev by itself to 2 (the 2 positions i noticed the most often) positions. One is 2050 RPM, and the other is about 1700. The cars currently running AEM EMS stand alone incase its to any help, and my idle is set to 1100. Basically as I come to a stop the car will just sit at 2050 RPM (or 1700) and when i start driving it will be almost like my foot is on the gas. Sometimes when this happens what i do is rev the motor to like 4500 RMP and let my foot off, and it will go back to the set Idle (1100). Someone told me there is a chance that my throttle position sensor is messed up, or my throttle plate is messed up? But if this was true wouldn't the car stay at 2050 full time?
Second issue, is the motor temp. When the car stays idle to long (maybe 10m)the motor temperature gauge goes almost all the way to the top. Or if ive been driving and i let the car idle for 5m after a drive it will start to move up slowly. Ive been told this is possibly two things. First my radiator fan could of gone bad (I have n aftermarket radiator fan that came with my buschur turbo kit). Second being the little fan controller (little metal box with multiple little things poking out) could of gone bad.
If it is my radiator fan controller that went bad about how much does it cost for a new one?
Anyone have any suggestions, or any experience with the problems im having.
Thanks
UPDATE: New post number 3 on the update.

make sure your throttle cable is all clean also, and good amount of tension is on it, I know its simple, I like to start small and work from that, sounds almost like its the tune but as I said start small.

Ok so update, turns out my radiator fan controller went bad, I went and had a new one installed and now my radiator fan works again, yay. But the car still runs very very hot when it is standing still for a long period of time, or after driving, then sitting still for more than 5mins. The radiator and the radiator overflow both have 50/50 mixes in them so its not like my radiator is running low on coolant.
Any Ideas?

Also make sure there are no bubbles in your coolant after it gets to normal opperating temperature if there are bubbles then you might be in need of a head gasket.
also have you had to add coolant to the car?If so how often?
IDLE ISSUE
sounds like you might have lost your idle air control motor. (it's located under the openning of the throttle body) easiest way to check it is to pull it out (3 screws) once it is out the back of the sensor they tend to break of or melt if so replace it and idle should return to normal.
