P0300 and P0138 codes. Need some insight.

First, please excuse my ignorance, I'm new to the evo/turbo world. I bought an 06 last weekend with 29k miles and has the following mods:
Buschur Racing Turbo Back with Magnaflow Muffler
Buschur Intake
Megan Racing 02 Housing
Buschur Lower Intercooler Pipe
Kelford 272 Cams
Supertech Dual Springs and Retainers with new seats
ARP Head Studs
Forge MBC

Just for quick reference: P0300 (random misfire) and P0138 (rear O2 sensor)

Drove it it home from WV and around town for a few days before the codes showed up. I wasn't pushing the car just a normal drive to work (in the rain).

The car is not acting any different what so ever. I have searched and searched for a solution and no one seems to have a common problem. Seems to be a lot of P0300 issues out there. I have checked the egr valve and hoses are connected. Tried the battery disconnect reset. It went off for about a day, 40 miles or so of driving. I'm assuming it's throwing the same codes again and will be checking over the weekend. I have checked all the sensors and all seem fine. I have called the tuner (TPG) but haven't received a call back. Previous owner hasn't responded either.

Should I not worry about it and get an OBD II code reader to clear it out? Any ideas other than taking it to the dealer?

thanks!

these are common codes... the first is a problem plagued by alot of evo owners. the second is probably due to your after market exhaust. My check engine light is almost always on but I have a laptop connected most of the time and know which code it is...usually p0300
