transfer case repair manual

Like the title states looking for someone that knows where to get a repair manual for a 2005 EVO 8 MR transfer case with ACD, I have my transfer case out because i blew my differential inside it, and was gonna put a new diff in it, but was looking for a complete tear down and putting back together of the transfer case, with specs, and how to's. or maybe someone has a write up on how to do it, looked everywhere and cant find anything.

we tore one down and there are actually very few parts. to put a diff in just remove the large bolts in the hat leave the small ones in as they hold together the clutch packs for your ACD. If your doing a simple diff change without a ring and pinion gear change it shouldnt require any pitch adjustments

Well just wondering do you know what the torque specifications are for the diff in the inside like the 17MM bolts i think, and the housing? well thanks for the info, and more will help me out just a little more.

TC was not a serviceable item per MMNA, I don’t know if anywhere else in the world they were serviced by dealers or not I doubt it.

So dealers would just be able to replace the entire unit. I’d think there would have to be a LSD install video on YouTube for an EVO ACD TC.
