Though its not a terribly hard job, 10 minutes is selling it a bit short. The hardest part is getting the stock mustache bar out. You have to drop the rear subframe down quite a bit to get the bolts and the bar out.

I have personally installed the Bushur mustache bar. I did it last winter. It was all day project for me. I know there people on this forum that have 1000 horse power Evo's that could probably do it 10 minutes.
Mine did not come with instructions, You need to have a grinder to make it fit. Little grinding on the subframe, but this is normal for it to fit.
My car has had a Toe out problem on both sides since I installed it. I am not saying the new bar caused it. Only way to tell is to put the stock one back on. Maybe this winter.

I have the Buschur unit. Way lighter than stock! When you press the gas pedal everything feels normal, but when you let go especially in 5th gear you can feel every rotation of the rear diff... LOL
Generally I am happy with the unit and now when I am aggresive in changing gears my rear diff stopped hitting the chassis...
AMA is good unit too... I know people who have it and they are happy... For AMs I got their front lower support bar with the solid mount! Exellent unit too!!!

I honestly was thinking of doing either the BR bar or the AMS unit....but in all honestly, I already have the Energy Suspension Poly-U mounts already installed in my OEM mustache bar and side differentail carriers....
One vendor on the forum, GEARS, mentioned that it is his preference to take the middle road and just do the Poly-U units. Going with the BR or AMS pieces is nicer, more $$, more stiff, I'm sure for a little bit more weight off.....
I drew my own conclusions here, spending like $275 X 2 for the parts, plus S&H, plus labor to install is not worth the 15-18 pounds I'd lose....from the rear end.
but you as the owner of the car have to do your own cost/benefit analysis and draw your own conclusions

There is a big difference between the 2. Ours is a complete replacement lightweight bar. The other mentioned item is only an "eliminator" of the bar. They really are not comparable as they may "do the same thing" but they are 2 different items in that aspect.
