Thats is if you leave the just open diff in there, I believe the cheapest rebuild with the RS LSD is around $1100,and like $1800 with the Quiafe

ill be getting a rebuilt T/C soon and i have a quaife going in as well. ill be using TRE for my trans and T/C.
