Help my car wont start!

I noticed that after i drove my car yesterday, when i turned it off and hit the lock button that it didnt make the typical lock honk. After trying if a few times i thought i left my door open but it was closed and hit the lock button and it honked like normal. today when i tried to start my car turned the key and the car died. when i pulled the key out and tried again i kept hearing this clicking sound from under the dash with the key in the on position and i noticed that all my interior and headlights would keep flashing on and off, but when i tried to crank the car over everything would just shut off. I checked the battery, i tested all the fuses but non were blown, i even removed the drivers side lower panel to check for water damaged connections, but the connections were perfect. after removing the plastic coverings i to located the clicking sound on the fuse box under the steering column and i felt heavy vibration when i touched it. Its a black box with 4 plugs. I replaced it with another one from the fuse box under the hood with no avail and the car wont start. I tried to jump the car to see if it was possibly a bad battery, the car would start cranking, but it would not turn over. Any help would be greatly appreciated. i will try and post pics as soon as possible.

When reevalutating evertything yesterday i did notice that i left a fuse unhooked, me and my buddy rechecked everthing and could not see any thing wrong, we tried to jump the car again and it was turning over, but smelled really rich. we checked the plugs and i ended flooding the car from previous attempts, i let the cylinders air out and i am going to put new plugs in her and see if she stays on. Even though the battery has power i think its on its way out.
