Assuming your car is stock other then the exhaust BTW go no cat. We all know the turbo can make 500+whp on stock motor evos. And we know 500-550 is the max a stock motor should be making before considering a rebuild. So with those numbers. Start with the basics. IC and IC pipes. ETS is affordable and has a nice combo as well as Turbo XS. So you can get those IC with the pipes. Next will be fuel 255 walbro drop in is great. Next upgrade the injectors to 1k. Why 1000cc's? Well power is a infection that grows all over us. So if you get that size your tuner will have tons of room to play with. Next you will need cams. Your best bet on this subject is to go a search for the AMS Cam test. Kelford 272's was the clear winners but I'm partially to GSC S2's but you seem a little bit new to the modding so go with the FPR4's a bit more aggressive then the HKS 272 and 280's. Next Head studs and make sure your shop does it the right way. And I mean take the head off and replace the head gasket bleed down the lifters. The last thing is buy the turbo and send it with your manifold to PPI or BR Racing and have your turbo and manfold ported. Get the Evo powermods O2 dump get it tuned by a respectible tuner in your area and you will be happy.
