Question Confused? suggestions!!

ok sorry to make a new thread. Help if you wanna help, if not thanks anyways.

current mod list:

BR 35 r
Cosworth 280 cams
ams intake mani
65 mm tb
springs/retainers
rc 1000 cc injectors
rsr downpipe
aem ems
stock 2.0 L
tuned on E-85
540 whp, 420 WTQ

I switched back on pump gas, i switched my rsr exhaust to an apexi (restricts air) due to 2 many cops in so-cal.

-I don't know whats wrong with my car?
-Exhaust killing my power?
-ams intake mani on the stock 2.0L?
- cosworth 280 cams?

Soo.. now im confused and don't know what to do? I was thinking of running the QTP downpipe? would that help in spool/topend?

Any Suggestions are Welcome, Plz be Easy on me... I am a Newbie even though.... this is my 3rd evo.

Thanks everyone

The pump gas is what's killing your power.

If you don't have the ability to switch maps, it's best that you tune on what you use as a daily, which is pump. IMOpinion anyways.
