Only if the aftermarket fmic was the cause of a problem you took it into your dealer. In other words they cannot void the warranty of, for example... your power windows because you had an aftermarket fmic installed.
No dealer can completely void every part of your vehicle because of something you installed. It must be a direct cause and effect of the parts in question.

But in this case, it would be very easy for the dealer to claim expensive engine problems due to the aftermarket fmic.
The fmic is not exactly an inconspicuous item. The dealer will have no trouble seeing it's an aftermarket one, and deny a possible warranty claim.

Just slapping on a front mount will not cause damage to the car if installed properly. Now, not many people will just put a front mount on without any supporting mods.

Heheheh - In the same way it is totally legal to walk down the street wearing a full ski mask, but not many folks do unless they are planning some nefarious deed :P
