Deciding on cams for my mild setup...headstuds?

So Im planning on doing some really mild mods for my IX, its my daily driver, I don't plan on drag racing it much but would like a really nice, mild street car. I plan on keeping the stock turbo and all I want to do is

Cosworth M2 or GSC S1 cams
TBE
Tune

Now Im wondering which of those two cams would be best setup for a stock turbo and street use, I will be using the stock valve train also with either cams.

Also, I will be fine with the stock head studs with this setup correct?

Thanks

if your gonna install cams you might aswell just do the headstuds their not to difficult and their not to expensive either. Why pay for double labor later down the road if your looking to run more boost or a turbo upgrade

If you're staying mild to begin with then I wouldn't bother with cams. Better ways to make power on a IX than cams.

Yes the stock head studs will work if your keeping the stock IX turbo if your thinking at all of a green save yourself the time and pay the 100 bucks for head studs.
Also gsc s1 tested very well and ihad a friend put them in his car it has very nice road manners and improved the very up top power .
With that setup high 11s are very common with a great tune conditions.

I have GSC S1s and love them. They greatly improved my top end power and the lope is very mild. I also didn't have to change my head studs.

IMO you should just do the headstuds while it's already open, you most likely will have to do it sooner or later anyways.

I dont want to have to take my head to do my headstuds, if I were going to do that I would do my springs too but Im just looking to do the M2s without having to pull the head.

You can run 11's no problem on a 9 with stock cams. I would not do headstuds in the car, with the one by one method.

I spike my car to 30+psi daily on a stock 9 turbo on e85, have been all summer. Stock headbolts.

Just make sure the tune is good and have fun.

You don't have to take the head off, they can do the one by one method.

Do some reaserch and talk to some of the more reputable shops (Buschur, AMS, etc.) I don't think that headstuds are needed.

I would not touch the head bolts unless you are planning to run 24+ psi. Tons of people get oil leaks from head studs and it's just not worth it unless you are running a power level that justifies them.
