Help... Ignition Problems...

Ok well I'll just start by saying I was installing an aem cdi with cop setup, seemed pretty strait forward, I got everything wired up and ready to test, wouldn't fire so I flip flopped the ignition trigger wires (white, green) and bam she fires up quick but is stumbling like it's missing, so I tested the spark on all four and the middle two arent firing, so I checked the coils to make sure they worked by switching the inputs on the middle two with the outer ones, they worked fine, so after a few hours of trying to make it work I throw in the towel and put the stock coil packs back in, and what do you know, the middle two cylinders still aren't firing, I pulled the plugs.... soaked in fuel of course, I checked the two wires were cut to wire in the aem cdI, the white/red has 12v switched and the trigger shows -12v but still that side won't fire the two middle sparkplugs..

I'm stumped as to what the heck is going on.. any suggestions or trouble shooting starting points? I'm doomed if I don't get my car up and running again

Thanks in advance...

Brett
