I am at work right now, in meetings throughout the day. Let me think about it and I will look at the manual tonight and see what I can come up with...
No worries- we'll get her runnin' !

thanks binky, hope you can help me out. the only seal i know that's there is the big oil seal, and the big, and small o-rings only started after changing my diff out in the transfer case, thought seal went bad after changing it, so bought a new one still doing it. got the seal in far, maybe not far enough. please help.

ok back on topic, how far does the oil seal #3 have to go in, maybe that may be my problem,
maybe someone has a picture of them putting one in so i can see, maybe mines not back far enough. also don't worry the red circle things i found the picture on the forum, and im just needing to know about the #3 oil seal.

Hey Mike,
Well...I just wanted to make sure you weren't alone. I had to change my t-case/tranny fluid after my clutch install - and mine did not leak, at least to my knowledge. My car won't go into gear now.....which sucks
I haven't driven my evo in a long time either....
Sorry I didn't post sooner, I looked at the manual and I can't figure out why it would be leaking into transfer case.
I was thinking that the part that would be leaking would be on the other side (of the picture you posted) of the t-case where the tranny and t-case meet up. I am also beginning to wonder maybe there is a problem on the tranny (maybe something thats in the way or something missing, maybe something is misaligned) itself that's causing the issue....
Any luck? What have you tried since?
