There are a number of 7.25" twin units. We will be using the Quartermaster Twin.

Have you looked into the Carbonetic triple carbon? A good friend local to me had one collecting dust and got it for $1k. Anything has to be better than the tilton IMO.

Have seen two tiltons ceramettalics fail on local cars, one had input shaft problem. Have a customer with the carbonetic carbon twin DD with over 20k on it, actually been around many tracks and has never had a problem.

It seems to be common place for Carbonetics to blow up. I wouldn't in good conscious recommend it.

Yeah buy a Carbonetics but don't be surprised if you end up with pieces of it blowing through your bell housing and other lil places in the engine bay

I don't know why people try so hard to stay away from Exedy. My twin almost held 42 psi on a 35r. I upgraded it to a triple and it has done well.

Its because the wedge collar pops off 50% of the time when shifting over 9000rpms.

Because you hear that it's too harsh and breaks stuff , that's the only reason and the push style from AMS made up my mind , I too was concern about that clip falling off not no more .
