i've read about this throttle hang but i hear its alot more common on the 05s and 06s, not so common on the 03s and 04s but its a possibility

Well the car has been in the shop for a few hours waiting on a call to find out if the clutch is ok.

I just replaced my clutch and it did the same thing. Only in the upper gears. It's your clutch man.

Well the clutch still has plenty of meat left on it.

Well now I have to figure out whats wrong.
