oops my bad for not even asking but are you planning on removing the acd equip to run a non-acd t/c out of an 8 and into a 9

If not then NO it will not work due to the ACD.

I'm not sure why you would want but it will bolt up.

People have been eliminating ACD function by going with center diff upgrades for awhile now. You could do the same with the 03/04 xfer case.
