My history with this is that my transfer case blew only after a couple thousand miles on my car and was completley stock. It was replaced under warranty through the dealership. Since then I have modded that car and currently sit at 338whp and 324tq. So far I haven't had another issue with the TC but I plan to go even further with my mods. I'm planning on getting the transmission built early next year and am debating wether I should get the TC done at the same time. I'm sure many people will say just do it and then not worry about it. At the same time I'm wondering maybe if the new TC might have been built a little better than the origional and hence my poll/survey to see how many if any have had multiple issues with stock TC's.
Again - please only respond if you have a stock transfer case. This is not for ones that have been built/modified.

you know what i'm gonna say right?
im at 400+ and been using the t-case that was built by Jacks and its holding up like a champ. for $300 you mind as well do it cause if you do mess up your stock one its gonna cost you A LOT more than the $300 it would cost you to just get yours done now. plus there is no extra labor to do if you do your t-case along with the trans since everything will be out anyways
